I'm sorry, but I don't see how #44057 solves the problem. I had read that before I opened a new ticket. The patch in #44378 is for Xcode 5. But I have Xcode 6.1. installed. I must be missing something here, but I don't feel like my problem is resolved. :-/

It's for >= Xcode 5. Xcode 6.1 requires the same changes.

Thanks. How do I apply the patch? Sorry, I'm kind of a NOOB.

Clean, grab the updates, and try again:
% sudo port clean BGHUDAppKit % sudo port selfupdate % sudo port install BGHUDAppKit

Thanks. I'm pretty sure I'd done the clean, selfupdate, and reinstall exercise multiple times before posting here. Anyhow, now it worked, after upgrading outdated ports. Happy customer! :-) Thanks again for the time and support.
