I have installed the boost without using ports. when I install py27-goocanvas, here comes a fault.

The message that the distfile "boost_1_56_0.tar.bz2 does not exist" means you did not run "sudo port clean boost" and try again, which is the first step in the ticket filing instructions.

Please, follow the Guide on how to submit tickets, as indicated in the message you pasted. The priority fields is reserved to developers. Please, CC the maintainer of the port in future. Usually it is also a good idea to attach a main.log file of the build which fails.
Your problem is probably not related to py-goocanvas, but to boost. Macports will not rely on software installed by the user, as this is not reproducible but manages its own installation. Maybe, the distribution file is not fetched correctly. But this needs to be checked better.
