case error in rtmpdump Portfile

A typo was introduced in rtmpdump's Portfile, and was not detected because the author apparently uses a case-insensitive filesystem.

Hi, i can confirm this bug and it produces a destroot failure (see console output below). I am also using a case-sensitive filesystem and fixed it by applying the patch provided by rjvbertin.

root@Martins-MBP:~$ port install gstreamer1-gst-plugins-bad
