ode: please include drawstuff library

Description
The package ode ships with a library for drawing simulation, called 'drawstuff'. The ode port does not compile or install this library.
Could you please add it (perhaps via a port variant, for those who do not want it)?

The port has no maintainer... perhaps you can supply a Portfile patch to do this?
