Description
It seems that the contents of p5-catalyst-plugin-unicode-encoding have been incorporated into p5-catalyst-runtime:
Error: org.macports.activate for port p5.20-catalyst-plugin-unicode-encoding returned: Image error: /opt/local/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.20/Catalyst/Plugin/Unicode/Encoding.pm is being used by the active p5.20-catalyst-runtime port. Please deactivate this port first, or use 'port -f activate p5.20-catalyst-plugin-unicode-encoding' to force the activation.
Can someone please confirm that this package could/should be removed?

Confirmed. p5-catalyst-runtime Changes file shows encoding plugin merged into core as of 5.90069_003. CPAN lists Catalyst::Plugin::Unicode::Encoding as a component of Catalyst::Runtime.
Marked obsolete replaced by p5-catalyst-runtime in r130084.
