frescobaldi @2.17.1: solve problem with trace mode

Description

Installing Frescobaldi in trace mode failed because the packaging script tried to import PortMIDI, which is declared as a runtime dependency and therefore hidden during the installation.

There is no change in functionality, since importing PortMIDI at install time is needed only when building a standalone application bundle, which is not the case in MacPorts.
