Description
I installed diffpy today via Macports and then proceeded to update Macports via "selfupdate" then "upgrade outdated". Subsequently, I found that gwyddion that was previously installed now no longer worked. I ran "clean", "upgrade", all of which did not work. I then uninstalled gwyddion and is no longer capable of installing. Thank you

I cleaned gwyddion, then performed a port selfupdate and upgraded a few more outdated ports that emerged overnight. I then ran the install again and the install completed properly this time. All is good now.
Thanks larryv.

Huh, that’s odd. Well, at least you got it working.
Note: See
TracTickets for help on using
tickets.
Your log isn’t complete. Could you clean
gwyddion
, try installing again, and attach the new main.log?
