gdal @1.11.1_1 install fails for +hdf5 variant due to missing openmpi libs

Description

Following on ticket #46140 , I am unable to install the gdal port with the hdf5 variants due to missing mpi.h (and other associated openmpi headers).

A similar issue was found for the h5utils package.

My hdf5 port installed is: hdf5 @1.8.13_0+cxx+gcc48+openmpi+szip (active)

So, it seems that I found a bug in my mpi port group thanks to this ticket. Hopefully will be fixed and pushed soon.
