Description

This patch allows gtk-doc to be installed alongside a perl version other than 5.16. I currently have perl 5.20 installed and don't wish to install perl 5.16 just so I can use gtk-doc.

The strict dependency on perl5.16 was added intentionally in r123187. Ports should generally depend on the default Perl version and not on perl5.
