dblatex: provides an obsolete version of enumitem

Reported by: akimd (Akim Demaille) Owned by: neverpanic (Clemens Lang)
Priority: Normal Milestone:
Component: ports Version: 2.3.3
Keywords: Cc:
Port: dblatex

Description

I was trying to use the enumitem package, but on my (up to date) MacPorts, there are two:

$ kpsewhich -a enumitem.sty                                                                                                                                /opt/local/share/texmf/tex/latex/misc/enumitem.sty
/opt/local/share/texmf-texlive/tex/latex/enumitem/enumitem.sty

Unfortunately the first one is very obsolete, and hides the good one.

$ port provides /opt/local/share/texmf/tex/latex/misc/enumitem.sty
/opt/local/share/texmf/tex/latex/misc/enumitem.sty is provided by: dblatex
$ port provides /opt/local/share/texmf-texlive/tex/latex/enumitem/enumitem.sty
/opt/local/share/texmf-texlive/tex/latex/enumitem/enumitem.sty is provided by: texlive-latex-extra

The kpsewhich should have read:

$ kpsewhich -a enumitem.sty
/opt/local/share/texmf/tex/latex/misc/enumitem.sty
/opt/local/share/texmf-texlive/tex/latex/enumitem/enumitem.sty

dblatex used to copy these files to $prefix/share/texmf/tex explicitly. I just tested a small sample document without that and it did still build fine, so I'm assuming this is not (or no longer) needed. I've removed it in r132311.
