You will have to give us more information. With which account do you have problems? It doesn't seem like you have problems with your MacPorts Trac account (since you're using it to post here), but that would be the only account under our control.
Also, do not set priority to high when reporting bugs, that's reserved for MacPorts team members only. Are you reporting a bug with a specific tool or software installed from MacPorts? If so, please state which one.
