Description
I have noticed the ftp.atnf.csiro.au server is not reachable from time to time. The European Southern Observatory (ESO) FTP server mirrors the source tarballs for wcslib, since ESO are heavy users of this library. I propose to add the ESO FTP URL (ftp://ftp.eso.org/pub/dfs/pipelines/libraries/wcslib/) as a mirror site to the Portfile.
