The attached Portfile diff restores the previous behavior of R being able to find R packages installed in ${prefix}/lib/R/library by providing access to that directory via a 'site-library' symlink in ${destroot}${prefix}/Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Versions/${major}.${minor}/Resources. ...once the ${prefix}/lib/R/library directory exists upon installation of another package like previous rNMR-1.1.7 which stored its cran package files there.

Better yet, the new revised Portfile.diff uses ${resources} to replace ${frameworks_dir}/R.framework/Versions/${major}.${minor}/Resources in the symlink creation.

You should use “
${frameworks_dir}
” instead of “${prefix}/Library/Frameworks
”.
