Description
Update CrystFEL to latest version 0.6.0. Also, make gtkdoc an option (variant) since most users do not need code documentation.

I'm not a fan of adding variants to remove dependencies, but you need to at least add a description of the variant.

The obvious choice would be to use a subport. However, I can't really see a difference when built with gtk-doc and without.
The source already has the docs build "Generated by GTK-Doc V1.18"; if you build with gtk-doc "GTK-Doc V1.22 (XML mode)"
I'm not clear if it is even worth the effort to have gtk-doc at all.
