Attached patch upgrades CGAL to 4.5.2 and changes the perf variant's compiler to clang-mp-3.5.

So, the upgrade to 4.5.2 has been done in rev133904. The perf variant is still built with clang-mp-3.3, though, which is quite old. Can you please upgrade to clang-mp-3.5?
