Description
This port currently doesn’t build with Bison 3; this patch fixes that. May I commit it?

I'm not sure there's any point since openvas-libnasl hasn't existed upstream for 5 years already: #25340. It's functionality was merged into openvas-libraries. Before we reported anything upstream we would want to verify if the issue still occurs with the latest openvas suite, and last time I tried I could not build it on OS X. But that was a long time ago and it may merit another look.
