Self update isn't workinng

Hello,

I'm unable to use 'sudo port selfupdate' command anymore. I installed the MacPorts using OS X package installer available in the guide. Here's the error message:

I've also tried following this guide to help me solve the issue ( ​https://trac.macports.org/wiki/FAQ#selfupdatefails ). However it did not help.

The Priority field is only for use by Macports committers, please do not set it.

Our rsync server looks up to me. Please email macports-users for help debugging your network connection.
