Description
The texinfo port claims to be dependent on perl5.16, but should work fine with any perl5.
Attached is a patch to make the dependency on the higher-level perl package and the default perl binary (link to current perl).

Thanks, but we prefer that ports depend on a specific Perl variant. See #46844 and the mailing list thread referenced therein. Feel free to inquire on macports-users if you want a better explanation.
