pstoedit 3.70 does not have most of the available drivers that 3.62 did

Previous version of pstoedit (3.62) provided the following formats:

The patch used for pstoedit 3.70 on openSUSE seems to work (at least when comparing the output of pstoedit -help
).

I have tested this patch and can confirm that it fixes it for me in the same way as described. I have also tested the plot-svg option, and it works correctly.
