pstoedit 3.70 does not have most of the available drivers that 3.62 did

The patch used for pstoedit 3.70 on openSUSE seems to work (at least when comparing the output of pstoedit -help).

I have tested this patch and can confirm that it fixes it for me in the same way as described. I have also tested the plot-svg option, and it works correctly.
