py27-shapely upgrade fails

Description

The py27-shapely upgrade from 1.5.1_0 to 1.5.7_0 fails for me. It is not able to apply patches:

That was quick! Thanks. I think that just port sync didn't catch this, I first had to do a clean on the port, so that it saw this fix. I must have tried to upgrade in the narrow window to get the broken version.
