Description
installation generated fatal errors. Not finding the tr1 library. MacOS 10.10.3. MacPorts and XCode fully updated and upgraded. Tried cleaning lader and reinstalling. Log file is attached

Yup, there is no such thing as tr1 in Mavericks and later. It was transitional.
lader needs to be updated to a version that detects whether to use tr1 or the final implementation, if such a version exists, and if not, the problem needs to be reported to the developers of lader.
