I could provide a workaround, but I won't. Because I'm a bastard.
Not really, I think it should be fixed properly, if possible.
It's using the "wrong" header file.

Fixed in r137153.
Please wait at least half an hour, then selfupdate, then
sudo port clean pinentry
and retry the failed operation.
