Description

This patch updates ast to 8.0.4, updates the homepage, and moves documentation files to the correct directory.

In addition, it looks like this port manually creates compiler variants. Consider moving to the compilers 1.0 portgroup.

It looks like this moved to github - the old sites no longer appear to work

The latest version of ast in GitHub depends on some crazy Starlink patched version of automake: ​https://github.com/Starlink/automake

I struggled with this for about half an hour and haven't been able to get ast 8.2.0 to build yet.
