cacti package depends on mysql5 package

When I try to install the cacti package, it fails with the error

because of its dependency on mysql5 which is deprecated.

Variants for newer mysql versions should be added. The patch in #43232 does this, and more. See also #39961 which is the overall ticket for this issue for all ports.
