Description
The attached patch
- updates openmpi to version 1.8.6
- adds 5.1 to the list of gcc versions
It is my first attempt at updating a portfile, I hope it will be useful.

I did you one better and upgraded to 1.10 :-) I also fixed the livecheck so I won't miss major releases.

I neglected to add the new variants in r137946, so I did so in r138003 and r138005. Please create a new patch against the latest version.
