That's the last log given after sudo port install -d dia
comment:3 Changed 9 years ago by larryv (Lawrence Velázquez)
The openssl log is still incomplete. Since the error comes up while building openssl
, you were supposed to run this:
% sudo port clean openssl
At this point, you might as well just do some spring cleaning:
% sudo port clean all
comment:4 follow-up: 5 Changed 9 years ago by shark.b@…
Hi, it took me a while to process the two commands and it is still the same.
sudo port clean openssl
sudo port clean all
and then only
sudo port install openssl
I guess there is a problem with openssl but I don't know
comment:5 Changed 9 years ago by larryv (Lawrence Velázquez)
Please attach the log for openssl then.
Do not attach another incomplete log, as that would be a waste of our time and yours. If the log contains the string “Skipping completed org.macports”, run this and then upload the log.
% sudo port clean openssl % sudo port upgrade openssl

At a glance, I don’t know why this might be happening. We could apply no-asm
to Snow Leopard x86_64 too, but I’ve previously built openssl @1.0.2c_0+universal successfully on my x86_64 Snow Leopard VM, so I’d rather not.
comment:9 Changed 8 years ago by neverpanic (Clemens Lang)
Is this still relevant? It's been 15 months without anybody of us being able to reproduce, and it only seemed to affect Snow Leopard, which is pretty old anyway. I'm inclined to close this as works for me.
