I tried compiling with +gcc48, but I couldn't reproduce the error. The error is probably due to the bug of xercesc, which seems to have been ​fixed. I have 

$ port installed xercesc3
The following ports are currently installed:
  xercesc3 @3.1.2_2 (active)

BTW, it would be nice if the title and the details were more descriptive. I don't have a permission to change the report. I leave it to someone who has the permission.

I also have xercesc3 @3.1.2_2 (active)
