Update py-powerline to version 2.2 (current port is broken!)

Description

The current port of py-powerline is outdated and fails to install with a checksum error.

Proposed fix:

  • Change the source GitHub repository from Lokaltog/powerline to powerline/powerline (where all development is now done).
  • Upgrade to the latest stable version (2.2).
