maxima: add gcl variant

Description

Port will not build Maxima to use gcl. Only lisp variants listed for building Maxima are sbcl and abcl. Maxima can use several lisp implementations which include MacPorts supported gcl and clisp.

I am using OSX 10.10.3 and xcode 6.3.1

The gcl variant doesn't currently build at least on 10.10, it's an issue on maxima's end it seems. The clisp variant builds. I'll add the clisp variant for now.
