atlas: build failure on 10.10 due to missing fortran compiler.

Description
I am 3 for 3 in running into this problem on setting up fresh installations of macports on various versions of osx in the past few years. build log attached.

This is a duplicate of #43092, please continue discussion there.
Also, this is not a complete main.log. Please clean (e.g., using sudo port clean atlas) and attach a complete main.log.
Furthermore, this problem should not come up, as atlas has a default variant (gcc47) which will pull in gcc47 and provide a fortran compiler.
