I updated the Portfile:
- set revision 0
- Add a rmd160 checksum. The md5 checksum can be removed unless it is provided by upstream for verification.
About my email address, the address I put as the maintainer is my public identity for all packaging (Debian, etc) and all git commits, so in the future, I'll sign in using that email address.

I fixed the license in r143196 without explicit maintainer approval. Affero GPL 3 (with "or any later version") should be declared as AGPL-3+
. Spaces are used to separate multiple licenses.
