We cannot know what the problem is without seeing the contents of the main.log file mentioned in the error message. However, your terminal output already shows us that the log file will be incomplete. To generate a complete log file, please first ​clean the apbs-mpi port, then try again, and if it fails again, attach the main.log file to this ticket.
