libressl @2.2.2_1 build fails on 10.6

Description
The assembly optimizations failed to build on a stock 10.6 system. I tested two alternatives, both work. You can either use --disable-asm
or any macports provided clang (although clang 3.8 failed patch phase, but that is a separate topic).
