'port upgrade outdated' crashes on ghostscript

Description
"port upgrade outdated" fails when trying to upgrade ghostscript:
$ sudo port upgrade outdated ---> Computing dependencies for ghostscript ---> Verifying checksums for ghostscript Error: org.macports.checksum for port ghostscript returned: ghostscript-9.16.tar.gz does not exist in /opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/ghostscript/9.16_1 Please see the log file for port ghostscript for details: /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_print_ghostscript/ghostscript/main.log Error: Unable to upgrade port: 1 To report a bug, follow the instructions in the guide: http://guide.macports.org/#project.tickets
During upgrade session many packages were upgraded without problems ("upgrade outdated" ran for about half an hour before getting to ghostscript). "sudo port selfupdate" was ran before new attempt to perform "upgrade outdated".
