Currently: If this your first install, you might want cd /opt/local/apache2/libs apxs -a -e -n "php5" libphp5.so

Should read: ./apxs -a -e -n "php5" libphp5.so

so that the correct apxs gets run.

Also, the note should also mention the need to add Include conf/extras-conf/mod_php.conf to one's /opt/local/apache2/httpd.conf file.
