Description
Hi!
I was trying to reinstall 'screen', but it failed because distfile "vproc_priv.h" fetch failed. What I tried was :
port upgrade outdated port -fc uninstall screen port -fc install screen port clean screen rm -rf /opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/screen/ port install screen port -b install screen
Nothing worked. Screen @4.2.1_0 was working nicely…
So I also tried with
port -b install http://lil.fr.packages.macports.org/screen/screen-4.2.1_0.darwin_13.x86_64.tbz2
Screen version 4.02.01 (GNU) 28-Apr-14 is installed but… not the latest one ; AND MacPorts is broken on missing vproc_priv.h error… (like when updating).
And it's not working anyway; see output and logs below…

I've uploaded them to my server and could host them there if needed; see attached patch.
Sounds good. Please apply patch and commit.

It looks like the server http://www.cis.nctu.edu.tw/~is85005/ is no longer providing the "vproc_priv.h" or "18" distfiles and this should be removed from the master_sites. I'm not sure where these files came from originally or if they are available elsewhere; the "18" file was mirrored by the MacPorts distfiles server but "vproc_priv.h" was not. I've uploaded them to my server and could host them there if needed; see attached patch.
