Description

Also changing from github to the author's site.

The github "release" is just the repo state when it was tagged for release.

The release from the author already has autoconf & friends run, so we remove the need for use_autoreconf, and as a separate benefit gain the ability to verify with pgp.

Looks good, thanks. I'm currently in the (long) process of rebuilding everything on El Cap, as soon as that's done I'll test and commit your patch.
