Description
inkscape +universal depends on py27-numpy +universal, which does not exist anymore: +universal variant on py27-numpy disappeared.

As stated the py27-numpy +universal variant is currently broken and disabled (#48263).
This needs to be fixed but, until it is, inkscape's +universal variant needs to be disabled as well. Copying the maintainers of py-numpy for their information.
