When i try to upgrade TeXShop3 @3.54_0 (active) toTeXShop3 @3.56

Both of the logfiles you attached are from unclean builds, but both of them show the same error:
error: use of undeclared identifier 'NSAppKitVersionNumber10_10_Max'; did you mean 'NSAppKitVersionNumber'?
so this is a duplicate of #49298.
