Description
Hi,
Update to the latest upstream release.
Also adds dependencies on some ocaml ports. Internally used by the clang library build, so added for build consistency.
Also updated a little the compiler black/white lists.

Your diff re-adds MacPorts clang version 2.9 through 3.2 to the blacklist. These had been deliberately removed from the blacklist in r141182 because these compiler versions are no longer provided by MacPorts, so there is no need to blacklist them anymore.
You're also adding ocaml dependencies that were already added in r141115 so they don't need to be added again.
