kcm-baloo-advanced: update homepage and download location

Description

The kcm-baloo-advanced port currently has its homepage and git.url set to URLs on gitorious.org. The gitorious service has shut down, so the port now fails to fetch:

It looks like a copy of the repository is located at ​https://gitlab.com/baloo-kcmadv/baloo-kcmadv but I don't know if that's the authoritative upstream source.

Thanks for spotting it. I could not find any other source either, so I changed it to gitlab to enable the build. It seems that the project is anyway discontinued, as there has not been any commit in 2 years. If this is confirmed, the port may have to be abandoned. Done in r142126.
