Description

While performing an update, Open motif returned: xorg-libXt must be installed with +flat_namespace. Update performed flawlessly until Apple updated Command line Tools to 7.1. The OS is 10.10.5 Yosemite.

Do what the error message says. Run: 

sudo port install xorg-libXt +flat_namespace
