Recurrent port install failure associated with missing perl module

Dear all,

I updated my Mac to El Capitan. I'm faced with recurrent problems of missing perl modules.

Example: missing perl = strict.pm

port clean --all openssl
port install openssl

Error: org.macports.build for port openssl returned: command execution failed

I'm closing this because you haven't attached the main.log file. If you're still experiencing the problem with the latest version of openssl, please reopen the issue and attach the main.log file.
