Cannot install ImageMagick using ports — at Initial Version

Reported by: mhearne@… Owned by: macports-tickets@…
Priority: Normal Milestone:
Component: ports Version: 2.3.4
Keywords: Cc:
Port: perl5

Description

It's complaining about Perl 5.16, which I already have installed. See below, where I list what my perl version is (5.16), and then try to install ImageMagick, which complains about not being able to find perl 5.16. ??

Incidentally, why does ImageMagick depend on Perl and Python?
