Is there a reason that the email in the patch differs from your email in Trac? It is best if those remain the same.
The macport@… would be the one I prefere. If needed I can register a new user for macports.org with this email, because the other email is with my clear name.

Yes, please register on Trac with this same email. In the past, committers with two different emails have created tickets with patches for their port. Because the maintainer email differs from the ticket creator, the ticket waits forever. The Macports team waits for the committer to respond. The committer assumes the Macports team knows he was same person who posted the patch.
