Description
We used to have a post-commit hook that deployed changes in the www/ sub-directory directly to the website on commit.
However, r141622 never made it to the website, because https://www.macports.org/install.php still links to sourceforge.

And the guide. Fixed by manually re-running the website and guide sync scripts. They should run automatically from the post-commit hook in the future.
