From the log: This is not a gnudatalanguage bug:
:info:build internal compiler error: in prune_uninit_phi_opnds_in_unrealizable_paths, at tree-ssa-uninit.c:1121 :info:build :info:build vtcudr.f:1:0: internal compiler error: Abort trap: 6 :info:build gfortran-mp-5: internal compiler error: Abort trap: 6 (program f951) :info:build Please submit a full bug report, :info:build with preprocessed source if appropriate.
See GCC Bug 69013
You can wait for gcc-5.3 or try gcc6.

The error does not occur with gcc-5.3.0 currently available in the port tree; I close the ticket. Just report again if you encounter any problems.
Note: See
TracTickets for help on using
tickets.
Just to make sure: did you follow the migration instructions after upgrading to El Capitan?
