Description
We're still missing the php70-xdebug port. Xdebug 2.4.0RC3 included support PHP 7.0 and it will be great to have it. Thanks.

Replying to ryandesign@…:
Usually I prefer to wait until a stable version is released.
I understand, but at this time no any alternatives. And its sad. :(

Hi Ryandesign,
there's an xdebug release-candidate 2.4.0RC4 (https://xdebug.org/) that supports PHP7.
I found a couple of people mentioning they successfully build xdebug for php70:
- https://gist.github.com/kamilZ/b11d1448e1479fe591f6
Could you please build php70-xdebug :-)
I know it's only a RC, but noone is going to use it on a production system.

Building xdebug is easy enough, but I agree it would be nice if it was available via MacPorts.

Just to let you know: xdebug 2.4.0 has been released yesterday, see https://xdebug.org/
