net/net6: TCP/UDP protocol abstraction for C++

I request the addition of the attached Portfile for net6, a library providing a TCP/UDP protocol abstraction for C++, to the dports tree. It is used by "obby", a library providing syncronised network buffers and "Gobby", a real-time collaborative editor. Both will follow later as soon as the dependencies in dports could be used cleanly.

Would it be possible for you to mirror the distribution tarball and to use this mirror as the primary URL?

I wasn't able to assign it directly to the net/ branch maintainer "fenner@…".
