Summary: | TeXShop3 10.11 Xcode 7.2 → TeXShop3 @3.58: IconsPDF.iconset:error: Failed to generate ICNS |
The error in the log appears to be:
/Volumes/Cluster/opt/local/var/macports/build/_Volumes_Cluster_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_aqua_TeXShop3/TeXShop3/work/texshopsource358/IconsPDF.iconset:error: Failed to generate ICNS.
However, this was not a clean build, and I don't see the problem on my system, so please run "sudo port clean TeXShop3" and then try installing again. If it fails again, attach the new main.log file.

There are currently 1162 ports installed, TeXShop3 and fgsl are the only ones that fail. Even after a port clean. After the present self update and port clean, and port install Exit code : 65 TeXShop3 still fails

You can close this, I did a new install of Macports and then port install TeXShop3, which still failed but said to do a port -f activate TeXShop3. This worked so I did port -f activate in the failing macports setup and that worked. So you can close this ticket for me
